All the years, i have my own stand and opinion on how a marriage should be. How the process towards marriage should be. Where man and woman will directly get married once they have chosen each other and it shouldnt be any coupling or love before marriage and shouldnt be contact each other. then how are we going to know what kind of person are going to marry? how are we going to marry person we dont love? there's this famous quatation i malay
" tak kenal maka tak cinta"
Who said that we can't know about the person we going to marry. there's always guideline in islam. the best way to get to know each other is through his family and friends. we can ask from them about this person rather be in contact directly with this person. This person might be pretend to be nice and good, but we would know the real him through the person he encounter with each day. who said that love wouldnt grow. From the stories about him that we heard from his family and friend, we will get to know him even better, and you might be suprised, that your love towards him will bloom each day.
life after marriage would be rather interesting when you get married to someone you don't pretty know well. to fall in love after marriage, to go out on a date after marriage, to do things and chat like people who are coupling. it would be sweet and interesting and the best thing is , no feeling of guilty as he is ur husband.
during spring gathering that was organised by PPIMI, they brign out the theme of "love is in the air".
i wasn't very agree with the whole idea especially during the forum. i guess i have been keeping myself with my own perception, and one way of developing perception was from experince. well i don't have the experience but i learn from others. one think i lack of from their stories is the time length before they got married.
like my mum and dad, they did'nt take long time before they got married, indeed they both get married during students. Those who has found their love life, the time length before they actually being 'ijab kabul' differ from each other? This is what is trying to stress on during CCMB.The right way to manage love or they call it as 'pengurusan cinta'
I thought that there is completely no love before marriage, but i was wrong. Of course the first time you meet that 'person', Allah has grant you the feeling, feeling of love. But its how you manage that feeling that differ among people. I got the chance to hear a talk about 'ceramah pengurusan cinta' and in there, the speaker has wrote down the guideline on how to deal with this feeling. This feeling is a very strong feeling,a bless from Allah it can change your life and bring a big impact in evryday life. so it can be a good thing or bad thing. It all depends on how you manage this things.
and now i understand, doesnt mean those who have someone and still havent married is not good just because they did contact each other. because in islam itself, it is harus to contact the person you are going to married BUT.... the conversation must be in a proper way.
there are more to talk about regarding managing love...
insyaAllah if am granted with the idea from Allah , i will write some more
